Enfield Fire Department Phone: (252) 445-4161 Fax: (252) 445-2165       The Enfield Fire Department has two stations, the main station is located in Enfield, North Carolina and the sub-station is located near Ringwood North Carolina, ten miles from the main station. The Enfield Fire Department has a total of 28 fireman that provides service for a total of 182 square miles, the areas covered is Enfield and surrounding areas, 9½ miles of Interstate 95, 8 miles of CSX Railroad (the main north-south route) and 8 miles of US HWY 301.  The Enfield Fire Department has a variety of equipment for emergency calls from, a house fire to a Chemical Spill. This list of equipment is as follows: Truck 30-Heavy Rescue Equipment Truck with Extrication Equipment & 4000 Watt Generator, 25 KW Generator, and a Light Tower. Truck 30-A-4x4 Suburban. Truck 30-B-Portable Cascade System, Hazardous Materials Cleanup Supplies & 2500 Watt Generator. Engine 31-Class A Pumper. Engine 32-Class A Pumper/Tanker with self contained foam system & Generator. Engine 33-Class A Pumper/Tanker with self contained Foam System & 6000 Watt Generator. Engine 34-Class A Pumper/Tanker with self contained Foam System & 7500 Watt Generator. Engine 35-Class A Pumper. Truck 36-1500 gal. Tanker. Motorized Boat- For water rescue. 2-sets of Extrication Equipment. 5-inch Supply Line.
